1. Service description

DoTheyLikeMe is an independent digital personalized-analysis project for global users. People complete questionnaires and submit interaction details to receive relationship-signal results and optional deep reports.

The service provides reference information generated from user input and model inference. It does not guarantee complete accuracy or suitability for every situation and does not constitute psychological, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required to accept and perform these terms. If you are under 18, please use the service only with parental or guardian consent and guidance.

3. Accounts and login

To access paid functions, you may need to sign in with a third-party account. You are responsible for keeping your device and login state secure. Risks caused by account exposure, shared devices, or your own information loss remain your responsibility.

4. Payment and delivery

Some features require payment. Once payment succeeds, the system immediately begins generating digital content for your current test session and will display it once ready. For refund rules, please see the Refund Policy.

5. User input and conduct

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise improper purposes, including but not limited to:

1. Submitting false, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or privacy-infringing content.
2. Trying to bypass payment restrictions, technical protections, or interfere with normal service operation.
3. Using the service to stalk, manipulate, threaten, harass, or otherwise harm others or violate their boundaries.
4. Treating service output as the sole basis for health, safety, legal, or major relationship decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Unless applicable law states otherwise, the interface, brand, copy, design, and system structure belong to DoTheyLikeMe or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, sell, republish, or commercially exploit them without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The service is generated from user input and model inference for personal reference and action ideas only. It does not determine any relationship status, another person's intentions, or future outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, DoTheyLikeMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.

8. Service changes and termination

We may adjust content, pricing, features, rules, or pages for operational, compliance, technical, or security reasons, and may suspend or restrict access when abnormal, abusive, fraudulent, or risky behavior is detected.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions take effect once published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
